Staff Augmentation

Aligned Technology prides itself on a “Resume to Placement” ratio of about 1.85. This means that on average, we submit less than 2 resumes per placement. Most contract placement firms would never track a metric like this because there basic model is to wallpaper you with as many resumes as they can and hope that one sticks. All our candidates go through extensive background and reference checks before they even sit down for their first technical interview with our senior consultants. This all happens behind the scenes and before you ever see a candidates resume.
